Students are responsible for everything that happens in their life and learn to accept total responsibility for their self. If they do not manage their self, they are letting the others have control of their life. In LSPR, the student have ten pillars which are the guidelines for them. Three of them are discipline, confidence and responsibility. They make a great difference in everyone's life, and bring inner strength, self mastery and decisiveness.

Discipline is one of many personal development tools available to the student. The more discipline the student are, the easier life to get. Similarly, if students are undisciplined, they couldn't use a little disciplined that they had to achieve what do they want. Discipline help students to choose their behavior and reactions. On the contrary, students will feel more powerful, in charge of them self and their surroundings will feel more happy and satisfied. Overcome their laziness, convince them self of the importance of what have to be done.

Confidence is the difference between feeling unstoppable and feeling scared out of students wits. People perception of their self have a big impact on how the others perceive them. Confidence is reality, the more self confidence students have, the more likely the students will succeed. Although many of the factors affecting self confidence are beyond their control, For examples, when they do not look good, it changes the way them to carrying their self and interact with other people. By looking at example above, you could taking care of your personal appearances. People with confidence speaks fluently, they have places to go, people to see, and important work to do. But, sometimes in schools, offices, and public assemblies around the world, people constantly strive to sit at the back of the room because they’re afraid of being noticed. During group discussions many people never speak up because they’re afraid that people will judge them for saying something not good. Those are examples that showing lack of self confidence. In fact most people are dealing with the exact same fears. By making an effort to speak up at least once in every group discussion or everywhere students will become a better public speaker, more confident in their own thoughts, and recognized as a leader by their peers.

Like discipline, responsibility is one of those words people have probably heard so many times. Still, it’s one of the most important things to build in students' life. Not taking responsibility may be less demanding, less painful and mean less time spent in the unknown. It’s more comfortable. they can just take it easy and blame problems in their life on someone else. But there is always a price to pay. When they do not take responsibility for their life, they give away their personal power and opportunities. It is often said that everyone's thoughts become actions. But without taking responsibility for their life, those thoughts will just stay on that mental stage and will not translated into action. Taking responsibility for life is an extra ingredient that makes taking action more of a natural thing. people don’t get stuck in just thinking and wishing so much. they become proactive instead of passive. By knowing those very important reasons above, it becomes a lot easier to taking responsibility.

Doing the right thing in every situation is difficult to do and also hard to always keep in mind. Without the extra energy and the presence, it becomes more difficult to take action and to not create extra resistance and negativity within our self. In other means, do not aim for perfection. Just try to be as good as a person as we could be right now and keep study about our self and build them up to be a better person.
