- Indonesian people have always liked to try new products from foreign countries, even if they do not like the product they are always excited to try it

- Indonesian people will always agree with products from other countries

- Indonesian people trust franchise shops a lot

- Indonesian people always follow pop culture trends from other countries

- Indonesian people always want to embrace and adopt the trends and habits from other countries

- Indonesian people like and trust products from other countries more then they trust products from Indonesia


2. Technological and product inovation

- The effectiveness of a company's advertising, marketing and promotional programs

- The new technology of internet and television which use special effects for advertising through media. They make some products look attractive. This helps in selling of the products. This advertising makes the product attractive. This technology is being used in media to sell their products.

- Introduction of cans and plastic bottles have increased sales as these are easier to carry and you can bin them once they are used.

- As the technology is getting advanced there has been introduction of new machineries all the time


3. Economic and market condition

- The rise in inflation.

- Low purchase capability by the Indonesian people.

- Economic conditions that are not stable.

- A lot of foreign investors have withdrew their investments in Indonesia and many new investors refuse to invest their capitals in Indonesia.

- A number of companies are also experiencing deficits, and many went bankrupt.


4. Education, training and employment

- Local businesses that expand their operations or open new factories will provide the local population with employment opportunities.


5. Political

- Public policy issues have the potential to impact all types of business,people, and communities.

- It is resources on occasion to advance matters of public policy that are consistent with the sustainability of their business and their company’s values

- Indonesian political condition that is still developing


6. Legal

- Every food and beverage company must aquire a seal of approval from the department of health.

- Drinks that are consumed by the public must be halal


7. Environment protection

- Most Indonesian people still don’t care about the conservation of the enviroment.

- Indonesia is still heavily polluted with industrial waste.
